Penny and John's Holiday

The Palm Springs tramway is a journey from the hot desert floor to the mountain top and temperatures greatly vary between the two. New and modern cars are currently being built and should be in service during the year 2000. I am glad we were able to travel on the old and original tramcars. Palm Springs itself was very hot - the Museum was interesting and worth a couple of hours of our time.
