As
you probably know, berthed at Long Beach, CA, the Queen Mary is now
an hotel and tourist attraction. We had an interesting morning
visiting her. In some ways it was sad to see such a majestic liner
out of active service, but much better than the fate of her sister
ship the Queen Elizabeth, now a sunken wreck in Hong Kong Harbour.
