This was the view from our hotel room at dawn over Monument Valley.
Looking back at Monument Valley. The classic photo.
Further down the road, you get an even more endless highway, with no traffic whatsoever!.
Just at the left turn off for Newspaper Rock, we had this view on the right hand side.
It was a few miles diversion, but the petroglyphs at Newspaper Rock are renowned for their quality and quantity.
Back on Highway 191, Wilson Arch is just alongside the road.
Along the Potash Road Scenic Byway at Moab, we could see Jug Handle Arch.
